Postage is charged at £6 per order, sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, the collect in person option is only available to friends and family. Purchases from our sample sale will be dispatched on Friday the 27th of October. Exchanges (for credit note) at our discretion.
Shipping
All jewellery arrives in our signature packaging. In stock items are typically dispatched within four working days, designs that are sized (rings and bangles), personalised or bespoke, will take longer. Postage costs are added at check out. Stock designs are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (tracked & signed), at a flat rate of £6. Gold, personalised or bespoke designs, are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at £9, due to their value. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email with tracking code.
