Cast & Found

Cast from a beautifully formed tiny wild poppy seed head, this pendant is a sealed capsule for your memories, designed to cherish forever. Created especially to permanently contain your loved ones ashes using heatless technology. The beautiful poppy is a symbol of remembrance, hope and peace. The perfectly imperfect texture captures a tiny fragment of nature, and it's texture incredibly precious in the most precious of metals, gold. 

Each piece is:

  • Thoughtfully made by hand in my Nottinghamshire studio.
  • Cast using sustainably sourced 9ct yellow Gold.
  • Sealed using a heatless laser for permanence, its precious content kept safe forever.
  • Will require you to send Jessica a small amount of ashes to seal inside the acorn, we will send you a pack through the post once an order is placed to help you do this.

  • Personalised tags are available. Please get in touch to discuss options.

  • Includes jump ring so it can be added to existing bracelets and necklaces.

  • Dimensions - poppy seed approx 20mm in length

This design is also available as in silver as a necklace and bangle, it is also available to commission in your choice of carat and colour gold. Please message Jessica to request a quote, stating your preferred chain length, carat and colour gold.  Our beautiful gift cards are redeemable against this design.

Every commissioned piece is totally unique to the find you send in, the stories on this page give examples of bespoke jewellery with similar themes. The Cast & Found approach is to capture connections, outcomes are often artistic representations rather than exact replicas of the finds you supply, this the beauty of our jewellery. Every find is creatively explored before being hand crafted into your heirloom piece, therefore if there are ever any concerns as to the outcome of a commission you will be contacted directly. Once you have commissioned and purchased your chosen design, you will receive further information on the next steps and including a pre paid postage label to send in your treasures.
