Is charged at a flat rate of £6. We aim to dispatch in stock items within 3-5 days (unless the item is being sized to order i.e.rings which may take  a little longer). Please allow around four weeks for the design and making of bespoke or 'Create' commission orders.

All items are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery so are tracked and will require  a signature. We do not do international delivery at present, but as a company believing in personal service we may hand deliver your order if you live locally.

As a small rural business, we make every effort to support our local services, this means we post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking code.

Express delivery: If you need an item in a hurry please DM us on social media or email us, and we will do our very best to help. Most items are held in stock so can be sent out the same day, although as this may require an additional car journey to the post office and time out of the studio so please only ask if it is urgent!

We will soon be launching a new way of you sending your treasured finds to us. Please sign up to our mailing list to be the first to explore our new service. But for now, we will send you our address and helpful information as to the best way to parcel and send your finds. Please note for security reasons we only disclose our address once an order has been taken.

Gift Vouchers are available to be redeemed against products or bespoke commissions. there are two options available: a printable PDF voucher, which is received by email. Or a luxury printed voucher, which can posted to you or directly to the receiver with a hand written message.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in our branded sustainable moss packaging. With compliment card, if your order is a gift we are happy to include a handwritten personal message for you just let us know what you would like it to say at checkout.

We want you to be happy with your C&F purchases, as our mission is to spread joy through our products. So please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any concerns.

Our Returns Policy

- We are a small independent business, so returns are at our discretion, we are usually able to offer exchanges on items purchased as gifts but do not offer full refunds.

- We cannot offer returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

- Returns are at the sender own risk, so we suggested using royal mails ‘special delivery service’ which can be tracked and provides insurance to the sender.

Engraving

At present we do not engrave in house but are exploring adding this service to support personalisation of our products very soon.

We offer a full repair and reconditioning service, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Under our Create service we can re purpose your own gold for sentiment. We recommend that you weigh and photograph your gold before packing. Then use Royal Mails Special Delivery to send to us. Following Royal Mail guidance.

As a creative brand we are open to innovative approaches and the forming of new connections, if you have an idea of how we might work together please get in touch.

When placing an order, it is your responsibility to provide us with a concise description of any special requirements you may have. This can be done in through the comments box in the shopping cart.

By uploading images at check out, you are giving us permission to use your photos as promotional material. Therefore, if the images are taken by a professional, we request that you ensure you have full rights to share the image or if unsure, please provide the photographers details so we can check directly.

When undertaking commissions as part of our Create range, every effort is made to produce a piece of jewellery that captures the very heart of the natural element you send us. All pieces will have irregularities this is the beauty of the cast look and the essence of the natural forms we work with.

Careful consideration has been taken to ensure each piece of jewellery has been accurately represented but we cannot guarantee that all screen resolutions will be true to the content created by us.
